Assembly Instructions
Unpack all components
Lay out all parts and hardware. Check against the included parts list to ensure no items are missing.
Attach the base frames
Connect the left and right base frames using the provided bolts and tighten securely.
Install the vertical posts
Affix the vertical posts to the base frames. Ensure they are properly aligned and secure.
Assemble the weight stack
Carefully stack the weights on the holder and secure with the locking pin.
Adjustable Pulley System
Set the pulley to the desired height by pulling the adjustment pin and sliding the pulley to your chosen level.
Leg Developer
Attach the leg attachment for leg curls and extensions. Adjust the weight pin for resistance.
Press Arms
Use the press arms for chest and shoulder exercises. Adjust the seat and backrest to fit your posture.

Maintenance
Regular Checks
Weekly check all bolts for tightness and lubricate moving parts monthly.
Cleaning
Wipe down the equipment with a damp cloth after each use to prevent sweat buildup.
Weight Maintenance
Inspect the weight stack regularly for any signs of wear or damage.
